    30 KBS (25 lb.)
    20 overhead lunges (10 lb.)

    CrossFit Total

    Back squat- 225-255-275 (thought I did 285 and pr’d but then a second look at the weight :(, ah well matched my 1rm)

    Shoulder press- 135-155(f)-145

    Deadlift- 315-345-385 (matched 1RM and felt GOOD)

    Total- 805 that is a 60lb PR

    then,

    40 Double Unders
    30 Kettlebell Swings
    20 Overhead Walking Lunges
