    Pretty happy with that! My left wrist/forearm was bugging me and achy but it wasn’t bothering me for the WOD. Got one round of DU unbroken and others very broken.

    Stuck around for the lab to work on ring dips but my forearms were dead from the T2B so I ended up stretching and talking to Jo. lol.

    It’s got to be my stupid shoes, I think I’ve tried everything under the sun to prevent/treat them and I still get them.

      It could be the way you tie your shoes, or a combo of tight hips/hammies that are making you have problems with your calves/shins

    2. YES I may have convinced him to sign up for the open tonight. You could try changing your shoes Cam! When I changed mine, it made a big difference!
