    Set timer for 20 minutes, it stopped before I got back from the last run.

    I didn’t feel like working out last week – down after the Orange phase change and too sore from the week before. Went for a run Thursday, did the workout Friday and got up this morning back at it. Gotta do it!

    8 DB Hang Clean + Jerks – 30#

    Did 5 rounds plus 4 Devil presses
