      1. Nothing is fun at 6am unless you are still in bed : ) Getting the form was pretty hard, but it felt similar to the Kettlebell swings hitting a lot of muscle groups.

    Time: 28:10 (PR)
    Shaved another 0:56 off my time. New shoes helped. No pain and I was faster even with the cold wind.
