Today, we have a special guest trainer – Marie-Noelle. She was a former trainer from a couple years ago, but life has put her in a different province. I hope many of you can make it for a great workout this morning.

    Not sure how far we got, I think we were 10 into the 20 reverse lunges.
    Running needs a lot of work, mostly the breathing!
