Mini Hopper

Last summer, I launched the first annual Atlantic Hopper Event. We had over 65 participants from all over the Maritimes come out for an unknown workout.

This year, it will be taking place on July 31!

And today, we’re going to have a Mini-Hopper event. We won’t know what the workout is until I draw the exercises! Sounds like fun, eh!?

What came out looked a lot like last year’s event! Weird!

    My lunges were a reck after my first run “ever” but think I did ok. Still working on the bad hip flexer. The squat hurt but with the 15 lbs bar on the way up, I thaught I was going to through it through the roof…just gotta work on the squat and repairing my hip.
