    Yes it makes me nervous to not know, but I suppose it doesn’t matter. I get nervous before a workout even if I do know.

  5. I exactly like Dan on that question… I get nervous about every workout regardless so whether I know or not doesn’t change a whole heck of a lot. I will say this however, “Mile in the Middle” does inspire a bit more of the jitters.

  6. Did some muscle ups in the warmup instead of pullups and pushups… got 5 in a row = PR!!! Finally! 😉

    Didn’t finish – Made to 8 Push Press second round after the mile and had to lower the weight, max is #85 for 1..#65 for…a lot…was heavy for me!

    Probably the worst WOD ever for me..a lot of blood sweat and tears went into this one..
