    – ruck on floor
    – to back
    – to front
    – overhead
    – back
    – floor

    Then 4 rounds
    – 25 (4 count) flutter kicks
    – 40 ruck presses
    – 10 squats

    Overhead Ruck lunges x10 (2 count)

    Cool Down 6 rounds
    – 30 sec overhead ruck hold
    – 30 sec rest

    Time > 28:40

    Then 5 Mile Ruck with Heather B, Tara, and Dan time of 1:55:41
