We used to have an Rx weight for this workout, but then there was a few crazies that managed to do it unbroken. So, NO RX FOR YOU! Pick a weight that you know you won’t be able to do unbroken, then try to go unbroken. Prove you wrong.

We had a huge crew for the East Coast Games yesterday. Amazing lifts and lots of PRs!

    Got into my head because I was misreading the clock and thought I was way slower than last year. Last year did 25# @7:09

    Did a set of 40 at the beginning and then grip broke down. Next time I’ll try the same weight with sets of 25

    7:20 with 20# KB, mainly sets of 15 & 10.

    I made the workout up

    200m run then:
    30 good mornings 45/35#
    20 wall balls 20/14
    30 lunges 45/35#
    20 med ball cleans
    30 box jump overs (24/20)
    20 Hang cleans
    200 m run after every movement

    No idea the time.

    325 3 x overhand 2x hook grip
    350 2x. Overhand 3x reverse grip
    375. Reverse grip

    150 Kettlebell Swings
    *10 min cap

    Next time break up into smaller sets starting out .
