9 Box Jumps 16″ (12 box + 45lb plate)
11 Rounds + 5 DL, 13 Pushups, and 6 box steps, so I finished 3 more after time.
DL were quick, pushups not so much, and the Box steps were easy for the left knee/leg, but not the right one.
Hit it wrong a few times, but still liked this workout.
