    15 box jump overs (took me about 5 mins of looking at the 12″ box and then deciding to get three 45# plates to jump on…)

    Added a 25# plate and jumped on it 5 times and then jumped on the 12″ box 5 times….3 rounds to practice jumping on the 12″ box because I’m scared after falling a few weeks ago.
