    Total: 110 pushup, 73 pullups
    It was harder than I expected! PR by 6 on the max reps pullups and the pushups!!

    Pushups – 35, 20,20,17,12 = 104 (these are a goat for me)
    Pullups – 9/16, 7/10, 7/12, 3/16, 4/6 = 30/60 = 90 total

    For the pullups, I did strict until I could not longer go on, then went to kipping. Made this workout completely different for me.

    And man, are my harms sore today!

    AMRAP in 10 min. – I know! I was pretty happy about that.
