Masters Class

Did you know CrossFit Moncton has a Master’s class? It’s coached by our own Level 1 trainer, Heather Wood. The class takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am. No experience is needed to join and the first class is always free. If you know someone that would like to join, have them drop by the gym to try one of the classes listed above.

    Practiced du’s, seem to have better luck with the green rope over the speed rope need to slow down my swing and work on timing.
    Practice snatch at 135, thanks for the pointers on feet placement lance.
    Wod 4:19. Had fun with this one.

    1. I found the green rope better for learning DUs and getting the rhythm. You can “feel” the rope more with it than you can with the speed rope. Once you get that timing down and you are stringing 15-20 together, try switching to the speed rope 🙂

      1. Thanks for the advice Lora, I am gonna stick with the green rope for a bit. Hopefully that will fix my problem.
