    That was fun, the runs were gross but I think i could have done 115 maybe, glad I didn’t though. Maybe only the 2nd time working out before Noon since I started crossfit didn’t feel too bad, I need to eat/have my coffee earlier though. That didn’t sit too well with me during the wod.
