I can’t believe the amount of Level Ups last week. You’re all insane! And it’s a direct result of your consistency.
This week will be a series of make up days, as well as a posted workout.
If you’ll be testing, please let the coach know when you arrive. Coming a few minutes early will help the flow of the class.
