    (OHS hold with 120#, and met all other requirements)

    Finished at 13:00 but did 160 singles on the first round of 80 because I struggled to string a few doubles together. Didn’t want to time out. Did doubles the rest of the rounds then did 80 doubles with leftover time. 15:00 mins total. just wondered if I could have made it in the time cap.

    Spent the long weekend moving 5 cord of wood into the basement and mowing some lawns so took Tuesday Wednesday off.
    5 sets of 6 pullups.
    2 minutes between sets.
