    Oh my forearms were toast after the T2B. Kip really fell apart as I fatigued. S2OH were way tougher than anticipated. Broke them up into sets of 5 for the most part.

    1. Woohoo!! Did I just see you did 10 DUs? Everyone has got to start somewhere. Grab one of the heavier green ropes and work on finding your “rhythm”. Get a feel for it and then try the speed rope again. Lets make a deal. I will help you get DUs, you help me get a muscle up!

      1. I like this suggestion to switch to a green rope for a while! It’s easier to control sped with them – ie, you can’t go too fast! It’s worth a try..
