    Chest-to-Bar were fairly smooth though.

    1. Indeed a nice race!! I think you won by a few seconds so i think your time must have been 15:06 ( Mario had technical issues with clock and then did some quick ninja math and realized we needed to add a minute!!)

    -Just under the 20min time cap. I didn’t think I was going to make it. Those last 7 burpees were the fastest burpees I’ve done in my life!!
    -Push jerks were freakin’ HEAVY!
    -C2B pullups were just gross
    -Burpees were the best part of this one πŸ™‚ (OMG did I just say that?)

    7 push jerks @ 90# for first two rounds then dropped weight to 85# for rounds 3 to 7
    7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups: Skinny Band for round 1. Medium band for the rest
    7 burpees
    Time: 19 mins + (didn’t mark my time)

    That was quite gross. The push jerks were REALLY FREAKIN’ HEAVY. This is one of the few WOD’s where I’ve reduced weight mid work out, but it was truly necessary.

    Everything hurts tonight. Wah Wah Wah!!!

    This wod went on forever!! I found this really heavy, even cleaning it off the ground – form was horrible from the get go – so much more practice needed getting under the bar. Funny to say that the burpees were actually the break!
