WOD: Tabata Squats (week 2 of 16) = 137 PR (17-17-17-17-17-17-17-18)
Really had to fight after round 4 to keep hitting 17 reps. Legs were stiff moving today. Managed an extra rep last round.
Week 2 of 16 of Tabata squats? Is it possible that you are insane, sir? 🙂
Actually its my 3rd time in two weeks… the first one didn’t count.
Pat Sherwood posted something on Twitter about doing Tabata Squats once a week for 4 months, so I decided to try. Coincidentally, the Battle of the North is at the end of the 16th week.

I think I’ve got called him crazy at least twice this week..and it’s only Tuesday! lol
