    Except for Deadlifts, I have never used 45# in a WOD before. And I’m not going to lie, I nearly chickened out. But #45 was 65% of my Push Press, so I went for it.

    And it was really hard

    10# more than last time but took me way longer this time…I don’t know what my issue was today! No PR. I caught myself holding my breath on my first set of thrusters, that probably had something to do with it!

    Buuuuuut, it was a really fun nooner, despite doing thrusters and burpees for the wod. πŸ™‚

    1. ohhhh and then the super fun plank at the end: 1:30. That definitely would have been much shorter if it weren’t for Josh yelling at me.

      1. I found that plank *really* hard after the WOD.
        I stopped at 1:17, rested until 1:30 and then finished at 2:00.

        I was slightly disappointed because I have done 2:30 unbroken before, but my body said “NO WAY” this time. So I got over that disappointment really quick

      2. Well you plank better than I do, I don’t think I’ve even reached a 2:00 unbroken plank – and that certainly wasn’t happening today!

    Thanks for being patient Amanda – I really couldn’t understand what I was supposed to do.
    3 sets of 3 @ 100% of clean weight
    1st set @115
    2nd & 3rd set at 130#

    Max clean is 115, but not because of weight, because of getting under bar, so increased weight on other sets after asking Amanda.
