10# more than last time but took me way longer this time…I don’t know what my issue was today! No PR. I caught myself holding my breath on my first set of thrusters, that probably had something to do with it!
Buuuuuut, it was a really fun nooner, despite doing thrusters and burpees for the wod. 🙂

I found that plank *really* hard after the WOD.
I stopped at 1:17, rested until 1:30 and then finished at 2:00.
I was slightly disappointed because I have done 2:30 unbroken before, but my body said “NO WAY” this time. So I got over that disappointment really quick
