    Question for everyone…If I have to choose between a chiro or a massotherapist, which one should I choose?

    1. i agree sonia picard is top notch
      if you choose chiro – todd clayton all the way… tell him i sent ya, he’ll give you free ice cream… ok maybe not, but it should be an option.

    Dave, your abs must be so sore after those situps.
    MC – I’ve done masso, chiro and physio. I guess that makes me a bit of a hurting unit. Masso helps me relax mostly (I go every couple of months). Chiro was OK but physio has worked best for me long term.
    Heather – Thanks for cheering along side me at the end of my tire flipping. You helped me go faster.

  7. MC- yeah, depends on what you’re looking for. I’m tempted to advise you a masso though. Try calling Sonia Picard- near your house too. She’s the best. I go to masso once a month.
    Jane- I don’t know what masso u go to..but mine is far from relaxed, lol. Maybe after, not during ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Ha ha! Maybe I’ll try this Sonia too because I’ve been to quite a few and none of them have enough pressure for me. My physio, however, has almost caused me to pass out before! ๐Ÿ™‚

  11. I tried this beast. Managed to get 4:28. Could have pushed harder at the beginning, but happy with my time. Gotta remember I’m not Bryan’s age anymore.
