How does the Hopper work? We take a bunch of different movements, put them in a hopper (pictured), and whatever comes out is the workout. Most competitions announce their workouts many months in advance. This is the only competition where even the organizers don’t know what it’s going to be. The only thing that’s certain is that it’s a good time!
