How does the Hopper work? We take a bunch of different movements, put them in a hopper (pictured), and whatever comes out is the workout. Most competitions announce their workouts many months in advance. This is the only competition where even the organizers don’t know what it’s going to be. The only thing that’s certain is that it’s a good time!

    Did the right rep scheme and weights but did front squats instead of snatch

    First round with 75# took about 7:10
    Second round with 115# ( finished at 18:30 )
    Third round with 135#

    29:43 or 29:53. Can’t remember was concentrating on living at that moment

    Did all of it at 55#; only did 2 rounds in the 2nd & 3rd rounds and still barely beat the time cap (24:46ish)

    DNF second set of 3 rounds. Completed 10 Power Snatches

    Finished last round with a time of 29:14 as we had extra 5 minutes otherwise it would have been finished at 8 Power Snatches In second set of last round
