Tabata Front Squats (95/65# or 50%)

Here’s a deceptive little workout. Make sure you foam roll your legs before you start. And them drink lots of water after. Every 20 seconds should be hard and fast. Do not drop the bar during any of your eight sets. Will anyone break 100 reps?
