A good personal trainer is part coach, part cheerleader, part kinesiologist, part physicist and part fan. Let us be all of those for you. She came in during one of her sessions wanting to work on her cleans. During a normal class, we are able to give a few moments of individual attention, but with an entire 30 minutes, the extension of her clean went from the picture on the left, to the picture on the right.

Speaking of 1 on 1 sessions, I had my first one with Kevin tonight!
I’m doing a weightlifting comp on Saturday and really needed some focus on Snatch and Clean & Jerk…
On Tuesday night I was having trouble hitting a 85# snatch with the proper technique, tonight with pointers from Kevin I hit 110# with full lock out, that’s a 15# PR! I also learned more about how to fix the ongoing problem with my dip for C&J, and we figured out what I should be lifting for this weekend. All in all I would recommend the private or semi private sessions to everyone, that won’t be my last!
