    Deadlifts: 120-135-145-165-165-175…something like that. I didn’t feel like I did enough of a warmup and wasn’t prepared with my numbers before starting so I didn’t go up to 75%

    About half way through this wod it occurred to me that this was less of a wall ball workout and more of a burpee workout and suddenly I was much less excited about it. 🙂

    1. It tricked me too! Normally when numbers go down it feels easier but once I hit the ‘5 rep’ round I was all “wait a minute… Now I’m just doing more burpees!” … Very sneaky WOD!
