About half way through this wod it occurred to me that this was less of a wall ball workout and more of a burpee workout and suddenly I was much less excited about it. 🙂
It tricked me too! Normally when numbers go down it feels easier but once I hit the ‘5 rep’ round I was all “wait a minute… Now I’m just doing more burpees!” … Very sneaky WOD!
