    1. Sumo Deadlift High Pull – you’ll like this one better because we all start and finish at the same time πŸ˜‰ I won’t lie though; it’s not an easy workout… But, that said, NO workout at Crossfit is ever easy. I’m confident that you will do great!

    Worked on form.

    Not my best performance…. but I still got a good workout. πŸ™‚

  14. still a month before race season is over, so still running…
    did about 14km, my garmin battery died around 11km – about 1hr 15 total

    the BEST part was that i did my FIRST sub 50min 10km** (see disclaimer below)! i’ve wanted one for a LONG time!

    10km in 49:13
    DISCLAIMER – have to do it again for accuracy, i had to make a very short, but much needed washroom break at about 7km. so i didn’t run a consistent 10km. boo!

    cant wait to see what tomorrow’s WOD is!!!

  15. Modified WOD –> 6 rds + 2burpees

    I did Front Squats with the rack and 95# crossed arms.
    As for the SDHP, I did them one arm with a 53# KB.

    Since I am getting a surgery done on Wednesday and that I will be out of the gym for a while, I am lacking motivation to train!

    So I am like Jeff, not my best performance, but I still got a good workout.

  24. 5KM run = just under 32min. Then I measured my route on mapmyrun.com and it was only 4.9kms – DOAH! Not a PR by any stretch but good to run again. How much you want to bet the WOD tomorrow is a 5k run πŸ˜‰ ?
