    The sun felt sooooo good today on during the 400m warm-up runs.

    That was a though one! Forearms were burning!

    Rebuilding due to back problems. Thanks Marie Noelle for making sure I was using proper form. I have had no issues since the class. Yeah.
    Pull ups were nice and high but not exactly chest to bar. Considering my chest sits on my stomach…I did well lol.

    Thrusters were giving me a hard time, shoulder wasn’t agreeing with doing them, had to keep putting the bar down and regripping to try to make the shoulders happier…
    Fun Wod can’t wait to try it again when everything is working properly… Lol
