WOD –> 16:01 (with 95#)
Well, I was really really scared by that WOD (that’s why I was sitting down on the bumpers without talking when I got in the gym)….and it was really scary to do! I am really happy with my result. My goal was sub 20!
And the set of 18 was definitely the hardest set!!!! And for me it was the push jerk that I struggled with.
WOW… JUST WOW. you killed that man. That is awesome. I’m going to redo this one sometime next week, probably on my rest day. I WILL have a sub 20.
Pretty impressive for a guy that didn’t feel like training today!
