    Did round of 21 with 95#… Did the rest with 75#
    It took me 10 minutes to do the first round of 21!

    In 25:00 – Finished the 12 Front Squats

    Oh yeah… after my warm-up I got 21 Double Unders! 🙂

    When I checked the wod this morning, I though as rx’d for women was 95, I though Kevin was madly crazy.

    I know I could have done better…but for today…that’s all I’ve got!! I was too mentally tired to motivate myself to pick up the bar!!
    The girls did pretty impressive time today!!

    95-115-135-155-175(failed….my left shoulder is starting to bug me a lot)

    WOD –> 16:01 (with 95#)

    Well, I was really really scared by that WOD (that’s why I was sitting down on the bumpers without talking when I got in the gym)….and it was really scary to do! I am really happy with my result. My goal was sub 20!

    1. And the set of 18 was definitely the hardest set!!!! And for me it was the push jerk that I struggled with.

    2. WOW… JUST WOW. you killed that man. That is awesome. I’m going to redo this one sometime next week, probably on my rest day. I WILL have a sub 20.
