    – Technically my score is 0 because I didn’t have time to get in any doubles after my row. Rowing needs a lot of work.

    Up-side – Got a PR of 71 doubles in a row after my WOD.

    Lower back wasnt as much of a hindrance as usual during workout. Slowly getting there 🙂

    In WOD find it difficult to concentrate on form when using weights. Feel my form for deadlifts looked a little like “I don’t know what the hell that is” (rounded back) as Kevin might say.

    Burpees still very slow BUT I do feel like I am getting a little technique to them, thanks for the jump up in squat position Coach it helped.

    I somehow was signed up for last Friday’s class….. when I knew weeks in advance that I wasn’t going to be here on Friday the 4th… So, I had 50 burpees waiting for me that I worked in with my strength.

    5-10-15…50-45-40…10-5 Double unders (max 25min)

    did up to 30 or 35 unbroken, 3 tries for 40 and 45, then a tone of tries for the 50 and ran out of time… still pretty happy with this wod… my old PR was 47 (got 49 in the wu) but all rounds for tries were at least 25 or over.. so way better than usual 🙂
