    1. I had the same feeling this morning. Hopefully we’ll get there by the end of summer ; )

      1. I keep my strength #’s in my book (they don’t fluctuate much these days…there’s not much to keep track of) and I post my wod score or time on the site so that I don’t have to track that in a book. Much easier to use the site when I want to see previous times or scores on wods.

        However if you’d love to know, I did deadlifts up to 180#. 😀

    Behind the neck barbell shoulder pressx5
    35-55-75-75 (only got 3.5 reps on both sets of 75)

    Dumbbell press 3 x 10
    15-20-25 (got all 10 reps of 25 this week!)

    Skull crushers 3 x 10 (bar weighs ~15)
    35-45-35 (form suffeeed at 45 so went back down to 35)

    Dumbbell curls 3x 10
    20# for all 3 sets. Felt like the right weight.

    Didn’t get a chance to do my rowing sprints but did the class instead.

    200 meter run in solo and group warm up.

    Walked a few little parts. Not bad for the first run of the year!
