Ripped up hands pretty good. combo of too much chalk and griping too hard. Other then that the Bar MUs when pretty smooth.
Great work Trent. Yes I rarely chalk for those but today started to get slippery and did a bit at the last few rounds. But as well a loose grip at the transition helps for those BMU’s.
Yeah, something I really need to work at if I like the first layer of my skin..haha.
