  5. Open Gym Snatch Practice
    Made 155# 2/3 attempts but was not as smooth as I would like.

    Squat Clean & Push Jerk x2 to 185#

    WOD as Rx’d
    4 Rounds + 20 DU

    Managed 6-7 consecutive T2B each round.
