  5. feeling very lethargic and not like working out… I’m obviously not in the Zone yet… Did pilates for 30 minutes because I felt too bad to just do nothing…

    The picture is a great one Kevin… Maybe I need to get with the times or something, but I’m not sure the headband is cutting it! 🙂
