  1. You can start can start at 70% and build up to 95%. Or try to maintain 90% throughout. I’ll be looking for straight backs at the gym. If it rounds, the weight gets lowered.

    Was terrified of the handstand practice specially with the plates on the floor. Looking forward to incorporate handstand with elastic bands in my daily routine. I’m confident I will be able to do these once I get the fear factor out of the way. Deadlifts felt strong and was very thankful for this workout since my lower back is sore from this week previous workouts. Great job 6 am class!!

    Progression skills for Handstand Push up. I really enjoyed this part of the morning. Being upside down is an uncomfortable positon for me and I have always been intimidated by the bands for the HSPU, so the progressions were really practical and beneficial. Gosh, I feel like I am writing soft porn!!!!

    Deadlifts: 10 sets of 2 deadlifts: 60 secs between sets.
    185,185, 195,195,195,195,200,200,205,205.
    Really focused on not rounding lower back.

    Failed at the press again, but the 115 felt pretty solid. May have bounced it out of the hole a bit with the shoulders, but no legs or hips. Tuff to say from my vantage point.

    Started with the deads, but tomorrow is 1rm day for deads and I was running out of time. Until tomorrow.

    I had deadlifts yesterday as my strength and I was very sore before doing the workout today, I never thought I would lift more than yesterday. 🙂

    Strength also was HSPU with bands – was kinds fun –

    WOD – 10 set build up of DL – 2 lifts and 60 seconds between sets –

    My build up was to 160 # which is a sumo DL PR by 25# –

    I loved this workout!
