  1. A morning in the life of a Crossfit Couple

    As he awakes he thinks to himself – day 4 of the zone, here we go – meanwhile his wife, a school teacher, lay beside him in bed thinking, I know there are sick days for teachers but do they have sore days?

    Meanwhile the two being their morning, he is quite suprised how much 1 ounce of cheese acutally is – nevertheless he is not worried. He hear’s a few faint screams from the shower, ahh soapy waters entering the wounds from 100 pull ups, my poor wife.

    He thinks to himself, he I kinda like this breakfast. Much better than that disgusting burrito breakfast I tried yesterday that included 1/3 of an onion. He doesn’t mind onions, but at 6 in the morning…

    All of a sudden, a crash from the bathroom.

    Quick to his feet to run and see his wife. It was the unimaginable. A battery operated toothbrush had hit the floor and there was toothpaste everywhere. His wife had to let go of the brush because it was hurting her hands too much…

    Moral of the story…we’re all crazy.

  12. Got my first pull-ups tonight! Did 4 in a row during my second attempt in the warm up. Feels pretty good considering my first fundamentals class was only 1 month ago!
