  1. as much as I hate this workout, I was looking forward to see how I would do to compare to the last one.

Made it to round 2 before hurting my back 🙁 for a total of 166

  2. Three rounds of:
    Wall-ball *16# ball
    Sumo deadlift high-pull, 55 #
Box Jump, 20″ box * stepped up
    Push-press, *55 pounds
    Row (Calories)

    = 222

    First round 80,
    Second 74
    Third 68

  3. So much pain. So much agony. So much fun!

Great job everyone! Lots of huge numbers were posted today.

I played along, with the help of Jane as my coach (thanks buddy!)

    Wall ball – 28,20,22 = 70
    SDHP – 20,15,20 = 55
    Box Jump – 55,49,44 = 148
    Push press – 32,21,19 = 72
    Rowing – 15,14,13 = 42

    Total – 387

I had no intentions of beating my last score, and it certainly didn’t feel like it with all the rest I was taking. I fell off my seat when Jane told me what my score was. A pleasant surprise! YAY!

  4. Total score 222… Thought I was going to throw up right from the beginning! I am blown away by all of your scores and especially Chantal’s 322!!!! She was a machine just pushing through the pain 🙂 You rock girl!! You all rock! I love training with you all 🙂

    Have a great weekend 🙂

  5. Fight Gone Bad—> 309

Far away from my last score 368. I was on my way to getting a PR on the 1st round but my late breakfast always came out of me at the 2nd & 3rd round. Then my numbers went way down…anyways not to bad happy about my score. It was still a great WOD.

Good job everyone… now if anybody has some free time, I have some earth to shovel this afternoon. Everybody is welcome… bring you shovel! 🙂

  6. Great crew today!! Everyone worked hard!!

    FGB: 245 as r’xd…PR by 2!! lol
But I have to said that I increase my score in every exercise except the box jump…which is where i started the last time. Today I started with wall ball, which make my feet hurt when I got to the box jump. Oh well…I am still pretty happy of my score!!
    Chantal…you are amazing AMAZING!!!

Thanks Pat for the coaching!! Hope you back is getting better!!

  7. CFWU x 2

    WOD: “Fight Gone Bad”

    SDLHP (35lbs) – 20, 19, 18 = 57
    Box Jump (Stepping Up) – 20, 17, 20 = 57
    Push Press (35lbs) – 29, 20, 20 = 69
    Rowing – 10, 9, 8 = 27

    Total – 253

I am amazed with everyone’s results. Holy Kaschmengies you guys are awesome!
Kevin – Thanks for pushing me! I’m so pumped about my new score! 🙂 I would like to make a bigger smiley face but I don’t know how.

  8. WU x 2

    WOD: Fight Gone Bad

    Wall Ball (14 then 10s)- 33,20,20
    SDHP (35)- 24,16,17
    Box Jump- 16,14,13
    Push Press (35)- 14,14,11
    Row- 12,11,11

Kind of disappointed even though its my first one. I think I blew my load on the first wall ball- Jane that was for you 🙂 – Gotta learn to pace myself.

Good job everybody. Its so much fun working out in the big group like that.

      1. Thanks Patrick. I just felt like I could have pushed harder I guess. Stupid arms always give out first so I’m less tired overall than I think I should be.
