    Started with rx, but about halfway through I had to switch to push ups on a bar on the rig because the push ups on the ground were really pulling my abdomen.

    We miscounted at some point, would of gotten to the round of doing 12s or 14s.
    Did cal bike instead of rowing 10cal, and did 95#

    First day back at CrossFit in almost 3 weeks and still sick but i managed.

  3. Lethal Weapon – fun WOD with my 6AM peep Jackie. Time cap 30 min

    10 rounds completed + 4 rounds into 12th + 3 PCs
    = 615 reps

    power cleans 55#
    push-ups negatives (Jackie) + box (me)
