10 K row for Team 6 at open gym… and, oh yah 100 burpees too.
Holy crap Jackie! You are a rowing burpee machine, on top of the 6 a.m. class. That equates to like 3 WOD’s in one day.
WU x 1 + 1500 meter row (+15 burpees)…felt good about it at the time, but seems really underwhelming after reading Jackie’s post.
