    I have gotten VERY rusty at barbell math!!
    I realize now I actually started with 85#, not sure what happened after that!

    I honestly thought I had 140 on my bar. I am going to have to start drawing pictures to break down what I need for plates. sigh
    I would have rather ran, but my body keeps throwing me curve balls, so I am just rolling with it!
    This CrossFit stuff is going to take some getting used to! Haha

    1. There is a poster on the wall that tells you exactly what plates you need to make the numbers you need… it’s on the post above the plate tree. Literally no math required if you aren’t sure 😊
