My total row this year is 142,273 meters. That’s a PR over last year of just over 20K. Good work everyone during this year’s Rowuary event. The competition was stiff and the trash talk was plentiful. Another year in the books. ☺
Wow that’s crazy on your total. I think I did somewhere around 50,000 plus but didn’t keep track so it may be up or down. Next year I will keep better track. I know I rowed more in week one than all of last year.

WOD rx’d: 9:49. As soon as I threw my first wall ball I knew I was in trouble and should have taken another rest day after the Beatdown. I’d like to try this one again when I’m fresh, I was looking forward to it.
