  1. For any CFMers that are on the fence about the Hopper…Perhaps you feel you are too new or “not fit enough”, it’s not that sort of competition (for most of us). To me the Hopper is a celebration of just how much our CrossFit Community has grown in the Maritimes and it’s a very cool experience regardless if your fitness level (and you will definitely surprise yourself).

    Sign up, put yourself out there, and have a blast! You may have no idea what you are getting in to…but no one does! It’s A Hopper!

    1. It is the most inclusive crossfit event I’ve taken part in. It is the perfect event for first timers.
      Highly, highly recommend it.

  2. Question: In the ‘open gym’, can we do an actual workout (like today’s) or is it mostly for strength/goats like the Labs. Thanks.

    1. The Open Gyms are meant to give you a chance to hit strength or wods that you may have recently missed (including the posted wod).

      The Lab on Saturday is for strength and skill work only.
