Was going to call it quits after the 6th row but I though I could just take it easy for row 7,8,9,10. In reality I should have stopped after the 4th row when the tweak happened.
Honestly believe I would have ended up in the low 40’s anyways as cardio endurance was being chewed up pretty quick.
I was super focused on doing it right. Was not easy as I know I could just have powered trough but better to do it right and keep that memory for efficincy in all rowing.
Tried to sneak off with 8 rounds…then there was some name calling (thanks Kevin!) and finished my last two, I’m happy I did 🙂
Rowing sprints are tough..I’d rather row a 5km!

Really wanted all the rows to be sub 40 but 9/10 is not that bad.
I think I was fairly consistent, need to work on better mechanics rather than using hard pulls for final 50-70 meters.
