    The legs were fine…but the cardio….ishhh!

    Was aiming for 30 minutes and the first two rounds were right on track at 6 minutes each…. but those wall balls were killer for me.

    I went to see the World Juniors this afternoon. A Kenyan guy ran 5km in 13:23!!! That’s crazy fast. The Canadian guy seemed super slow but he wasn’t cause he finished around 15:00.
