    Mental failure (too many breaks) but glad I worked out. Can’t hide from the difficult stuff!

    Weighted C2B (chin up grip) — 5# for two sets of five unbroken and then 7.5# for 3/1/1

    Karen — 120 at the cap, with 14# ball. This was a doozy with a mask on but tried to stay consistent in my sets. Started with two sets of 15 and then went with sets of 10.
