      If the ball accidentally dropped I picked it up without rest and finished set (happened a couple times) rest between sets was about 5 seconds.

    Thought I’d only done it once, with 6lb and scoring 110 reps. Apparently I’d done it with 8 and got 113. Still a PR though 🙂

    Yep, still suck at wallballs. It’s ok, I’ve come to terms with this over the years. Maybe next time we can do 150 pistols or something else I would have a chance of beating Kevin at lol 2 sets in under 5 mins…who does that??

    Rep scheme worked well – 15s up to 100 then 10s, if dropped in the middle of a set pick it up without stopping
