Add Wall Balls to your warm up maybe once a week instead of squats or OHS. I started doing that a few months ago and the WOD went better than the last time I tried it.
Or do them as a cashout after a WOD. I did it for a while last year, used something a little heavier than what was comfortable. It helped a lot.

Also I have been practicing with the rubber ball. But used a regular med ball, no comparison. just going to stick with the regular med ball.
Shane, the Games wod had a 12 minute cap – today’s is 10…did you take that into consideration? Nothing to be disappointed about, that’s a great score π

This ended up being my second time doing Karen (did it once last year, however I lost my book so I can’t remember my time….I do remember it was with a lighter ball though). Went in with my primary goal being to finish the 150 reps at Rx and was quite pleased that I was able to achieve it. Reps near the end were getting very broken up, and a few no reps came out, but I was able to finish it thanks to the drive of Robert making some great time beside me.
Great class and everyone who was there pushed themselves hard.
