Generally speaking, I respect all life, unless they fit the category of arachnids or they are earwigs (where the bleep did they originate from?)And when they invade your home and THEN your salad!!!!!     Completed 142 in 10 minutes and there was no way I was leaving 8 freakin wallballs behind even though I felt like dying… So I’m guessing that I finished the 150 in about 11 minutes or so… GRRRRRRRRR! This was my first workout at the gym in over a week because of my cold/flu. Still feeling the effects of my cold and I’m not at my strongest. I suspect it will take me a few days and hopefully not weeks to get back to “normal”. Thanks Pierre for letting Karen greet me this morning πŸ™‚ It’s good to be back πŸ˜€
