    Thought WOD but a good one. Its one of those that you feel you can go faster but you just can’t haha. Keep moving! Slowed down the burpees to try to avoid being over based out for the next set of thrusters. I think it went well.

    Thrusters. Got to 70# and my left shoulder couldn’t take it. Some lovely sharp pain so I stopped there

    Went very light on thrusters and walk balls due to the shoulder. The rebound of the weight at the bottom is where the issue was.
