So sorry for the late notice Chantal, but my drive way is full of snow and I’m not going to have enough time to shovel and and get there on time. Please cancel my 6am.
Thought WOD but a good one. Its one of those that you feel you can go faster but you just can’t haha. Keep moving! Slowed down the burpees to try to avoid being over based out for the next set of thrusters. I think it went well.
DNF – 2 rounds + 9 wall balls at the time cap… Decided to drop into the noon class last minute, had just finished a larger breakfast than usual right before making this decision… Felt pukie knocking the last 4 minutes, I’m sure I could have finished if I’d had another 1/2 hour to digest before showing up 🙁
