    Foam rolled and sort of learnt how to do butterfly pull ups!! Thanks Joanna for your show and tell, and show some more, and more. Ha you must have done at least 30 for Eric and I.

    First time doing beep test. No idea what to expect. Didn’t even watch anyone do it in the class previous to mine. Had “8” in mind, so happy to reach my goal. I wish I had gone a little harder at the end. I’m pretty sure I could have reached 9. Next time… 🙂
