    *Level up by performing Hang Squat Cleans
    No squat cleans. Legs too tired from last few workouts.
    Worked from 65# to 155#. Good place to stop. Things were getting pretty sloppy.

    Did HPC until 125# then squats for everything else

    This is either a PR match or 5# PR for a hang clean I think 🤔

    Worked from 65# to 135#. Need to improve on the technique of it, and to get under the bar faster. Notice myself second guessing it.

    Meh. My hand was bleeding so I didn’t really get to focus on the task. Next time I need to work on hang squat cleans
